Pulse Energy annouces deal with Chinese Grid Company to develop and jointly operate a 200MW wind farm in Northen China in a deal valued at A$ 300 Million

Queensland-based Pulse Energy has signed a A$312 million agreement with The Chongqing Coal Group to build and jointly own and operate four clean energy power plants at coal mine sites in China.

 

The agreement will see the development of four 60 megawatt (MW) power stations in Chongqing that will use technology developed in Australia to burn low concentration vent air methane to produce clean energy.

 

Pulse Energy Director of Business Development Damien Weis said the deal provided the company with a great platform for further growth in the clean energy sector in China.

Pulse Energy has entered into a partnership with Loran Energy Products to develop waste diversion and waste to energy projects in Australia and New Zealand.

 

Using plasma technology under exclusive licence these projects will divert close to 100% of Municipal Solid Waste from landfill with very few environmental emissions. The partnership is currently working closely with the City of Wollongong to develop its first Australian plant at Whytes Gulley in a development worth in excess of 100 million Australian Dollars.
